Mint Chocolate Latte
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
- 1 serving Chocolate Mint Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 8-12 oz strong, hot coffee
- whipped cream for garnish optional
- chocolate shavings for garnish optional
Instructions
- Blend the keto chow and cocoa powder with the heavy cream and almond milk in a large mug, an immersion blender works best for this.
- Slowly whisk in the hot coffee.
- Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate if desired.

I’m curious when you say 1 scoop is that the whole packet when you get the gourmet sampler or do I get a scoop or tblsp and use that

Mmmm yummy! Just made a modified version of this latte and it was fabulous. 1 pkg Smore’s Keto Chow, 2 Tbs Anthony’s powdered heavy cream, 8 oz black coffee, 8 oz unsweetened plain almond milk, 1 tsp black cocoa powder. Heat coffee and almond milk until very hot in microwave. Add to blender – I use a Vitamix – then add keto chow, powdered heavy cream, cocoa powder. Blend well. Poor in mug and optionally top with whipped cream. Delicious!
Could you use hot black tea instead of coffee?
We haven’t experimented with that, but if you decide to, let us know how it goes!
Is there a nifty way to cut the salty taste since it doesn’t sit in the fridge to mesh? I tried adding sweetener and it is still salty salty.
You are welcome to experiment however you would like. You may want to try allowing it to cool and then reheating the mixture later. That way the flavor will have a chance to develop and the saltiness should decrease.
