We often drink Keto Chow warm, and also frequently use it in cooking and baking. Even the Savory Soups are meant to be consumed hot/warm.
Once Keto Chow reaches 120 degrees F and above, some of the nutrients may start to deteriorate. Even when it reaches that temperature, you will still receive excellent nutritional value. However, you would not want it to be your sole source of nutrition if you consistently heat it above 120 degrees.
Hey Chris!
I’ve been enjoying my keto chow now that I know how to flavor up the savory ones with broth and spices. The sweet ones are good as well. My question is: if I make my soup ahead of time and put it in the fridge, can I warm it up to 120* without sacrificing nutrition? I usually use butter to make it so it has to be warmed and I want to make sure heating it twice is ok. Thanks for the help. Oh, and my apologies if you’ve already answered this question. I didn’t see it.
So long as it’s never heated above 120 the nutrition will not be compromised.
