I like cookies and cream, but there are other flavors I like much better. It’s still much better than any other keto shake I’ve tried!
I recently discovered keto chow and I ordered the sampler only to sadly discover cookies and cream wasn't included so I quickly ordered a couple single packs. Of the flavors I tried it is definitely my favorite followed by salted caramel and vanilla. Wasn't a fan of the chocolate or the strawberry. Snickerdoodle was okay but not a stand out for me and I don't like mocha (personal preference not that its a bad flavor just don't like coffee) Going to stick with the cookies and cream moving forward.
Smells like C&C, tastes like a hint of vanilla
For as spot on as I've found most flavors to be, I was surprisingly disappointed by this one. I can't really describe it either, but definitely closer to vanilla. It wasn't bad on it's own but I ended up mixing some Torani S'mores syrup into it after the first few sips.
I guess I had my hopes too high on this one? I disliked it at the first taste. It kind of smelled like cookies n' creme when opening the package, but it doesn't taste much like it. It's vaguely creamy, and sweet. That's kind of it.
This one was not my favorite. I was really expecting to taste the cookie. It tasted more like a vanilla. I added unsweetened Cocoa powder Trying to get that cookie taste. I preferred the chocolate And also the banana and eggnog.
Chocolate 2.1 is apparently the most popular flavor, and it's fine, but Cookies & Cream is definitely my preference.
It can't get any better than 2.1 Cookies and Cream. I have to say Chocolate is my favorite but this one is so close that it might possibly be a tie. This flavor is rich and satisfying, even better than previous versions of the same flavor.
I have tried 8 different flavors of Keto Chow and Cookies and Cream is my favorite flavor. One scoop powder, whipping cream, avocado oil and fill the blender bottle up to the brim with cold water and shake. Cookies and Cream and Vanilla are very similar, but if tasted side by side there is a definite difference (Vanilla is awesome). I do not like my shakes too thick so I try to add as much water as possible into the blender bottle and I find that this works well with Cookies and Cream, not so good with the chocolate flavors, the chocolate flavors need to be a little thicker.
Wasn't really a fan of this flavor at all. It kind of tastes stale and very musky. When I opened the bottle, my girlfriend kept asking if I'd either farted or burped! The flavor was not much better than the taste.
I used 4 oz of heavy cream and 12 oz of water and left it overnight, but it really just tasted like sour milk almost. I mixed the chocolate peanut butter right after with the same cream and it was delicious, so I'm guessing the powder is just not for me, or this is better prepared in other ways.
